At our office, full mouth dental implant procedures are all-inclusive, incorporating full arch extractions, avleoplasty (bone re-contouring), bone grafting with GEM 21S®, and sinus augmentation procedures (if indicated).

Full Arch Single-Site Reconstruction

Dentiq dental implants for "immediate load" "immediate function" full mouth reconstruction procedures incorporate Nobel Biocare™, Zimmer™, Straumann™ and BioHorizons™ implant systems. Our dental implant protocols with porcelain restorations incorporates the SLActive® implant system, which is the only implant in the world that can be fully restored in 3 to 6 weeks. Our exclusive protocols deliver uncompromising aesthetics and superlative strength, which makes e.Max® Porcelain (w/ micro-filled surface technology) virtually unbreakable. When bone grafting is indicated, our office incorporates GEM 21S®, which is a completely synthetic grafting system for bone and periodontal regeneration composed of purified recombinant growth factors. A full upper and/or lower arch dental implant surgery reconstruction can be comfortably performed under IV sedation in ONE visit with the All-On-4® Dental Implant Procedure developed by the Swiss Implant maker Nobel Biocare™. In our office, "All On" we administer four to six implants with the back implants tilted to increase the bone-to-implant contact, which enables the "immediate load" and "immediate function" of the replacement teeth. At our office, only an Implant Surgeon, Prosthodontist/ Restorative Specialist & a board certified Anesthesiologist perform this type of procedure.

We believe that our comprehensive diagnostic protocol (3D CT Scan, Pressure Mapping, Hi-Res Imaging, Digital X-Rays and Expert Clinical Consultation) provides the diagnostic due diligence to ensure that there will be no clinical surprises either; however, if any additional procedures are required (tissue regeneration, plasma rich protein, dental implants, gum grafts, bone grafts, porcelain restorations, prosthetics, etc) for clinical and / or aesthetic outcomes, they will be performed at no additional cost.
